✅ Conditions for Return or Replacement

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • You must provide proof of the issue (clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or wrong item).

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received (unworn, unused).


💰 Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed only in the following situations:

  • The product you received is not as described or is significantly different from what was ordered.

  • The product arrives damaged or with visible defects.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect that makes it unusable.


🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We will NOT offer a refund if:

  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • The item is missing parts, accessories, or original packaging.

  • The 3-day return window has passed.

  • The product was damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
